The Playhouse package is available in both lofted (gambrel) and utility shed (gable) roof line, and is a great option when you want an additional touch of a porch without losing a lot of space. The porch is 4′ in depth with 2 posts as pictured, railing can be added to enclose the porch for a fee if preferred. Light into the building is no problem with the 9 lite entry door and three 2’x3′ windows. This package feels very roomy with 8′ tall walls.
Premade Cabins, our Deluxe Cabin , is an eye-catching model that features a bay window style and a spacious covered porch. The Deluxe Cabin is available in both lofted (gambrel) and utility shed (gable) roof line. The Deluxe Cabin is accessed through a single 9-lite house style front door, but it has plenty of natural light within due to five 2’x3′ windows. This package comes standard with 8′ tall walls. Our customers have found a wide range of uses for this floor plan such as an outdoor entertaining space, man cave, office area, camping/hunting building, and more. The Deluxe Cabin ranges from 12′ x 24′ on up to 14′ x 40′. It comes in three different finish options: Treated (pressure treated wood), Painted, and the Wilderness™ Finish (polyurethane treated.) A Side Lofted Barn Cabin is very similar to our playhouse package but with the porch and entry door located on the side of the barn rather than in front of the barn. Our side porch cabins come in sizes ranging from 10′ X 16′ on up to 14′ X 40′ and include a 4’ x 8’ porch, two 2×3 windows, a 9-lite steel clad door, double barn doors, and workbench.
