Request a materials listWhat goes into a package
A material package is everything the build needs, quoted together off one list instead of picked up a piece at a time:
- Framing lumber and treated wood — posts, girts, purlins, plates, and headers.
- Sheet goods — plywood and OSB for sheathing, decking, and floors.
- Roofing and siding — metal panels and the trim that finishes them out.
- Fasteners and hardware — screws, nails, bolts, brackets, and structural connectors.
- The rest of the job — paint, plumbing, and electrical supplies are on the shelf in the same store.
If it isn’t on the shelf, we can reach it. As a member of the Do it Best co-op, our hometown store orders from a nationwide catalog of tens of thousands of items.
How it works
- Tell us about the project. Plans, a sketch on a napkin, or just a width, length, and height.
- We build the list. Our team puts together what the project takes, item by item.
- You get a price. One package, priced off a real list — not a guess.
- Pick it up or have it delivered. Load out here in Waverly, or we’ll run it to the job site.
Contractors and homeowners both welcome
You don’t have to be in the trade to buy a package. Contractors run their jobs through us, and so do homeowners building their first shop. Ask us about setting up an account for an ongoing project.
Building it yourself, or hiring it out
Plenty of folks buy the package and swing the hammers themselves. Plenty of others have PAC Building Pro put it up. Either way the materials come from the same yard, and you’re talking to the same people. If you decide partway through that you’d rather we built it, we can pick it up from there.

Do you sell materials if PAC isn’t building it?
Yes. We supply material packages whether our crew is building the project or you are. The lumber yard is a store in its own right — you don’t have to buy a building from us to buy the materials.
Can you work from my plans?
Yes. Bring in a set of plans, email them, or attach them to a message through our contact form, and we’ll work the materials list from them. If you don’t have plans yet, dimensions and a description of the use are enough to get started.
Do you deliver materials to the job site?
Yes — we run material loads out on our own truck. Call the yard at (931) 296-2777 with your address and we’ll go over delivery for your location.
What kinds of buildings do you supply?
Post-frame and pole barn projects, garages and shops, and metal buildings — along with additions, decks, and general construction. If it’s built out of lumber and fasteners, we can put the list together.
