As your barndominium builder, we will take this time to sit down together and discuss your needs, wishes, and budget. A floorplan will need to be provided to move forward or our in house design team will draft a floorplan at an additional cost.

Estimate
A meeting is held to discuss your estimate. Any changes that you wish to make will need to be made to the floorplan or exterior design at this time. All exterior colors will need to be selected before next step.

Closing
At this time a construction agreement will be signed stating scope of work. A deposit will need to be made to place your build on our schedule. At this time materials will start to be produced and construction scheduled.
