Consultation
We will take this time to sit down together and discuss your needs, wishes, and budget. A detailed floorplan will need to be provided by you or our in house design team to provide an accurate quote.

Estimate
Your estimate is provided, you are welcomed to sit down with us again to discuss any questions or changes.
Any changes will need to be made and quoted before closing.

Closing
At this time a construction agreement will be signed stating scope of work. A deposit will need to be made to place your build on our schedule. At this time materials will start to be produced and construction scheduled.

We draft custom floorplans for our customers at an additional cost. We do offer stock plans which can be found on our website.
